Three fields Trois champs

There are three aspects of philosophy, three reasons to get to it:
Il y a trois aspects de la philosophie, trois raisons d'y accéder.
  • to know about the philosphers, what they said (what they really said)
    pour connaître les philosophes, savoir ce qu'ils ont dit
  • to answer questions (for exams, for yourself, for discussions and decisions)
    Pour répondre à des questions (des examens, des discussions et prendre des décisions, pour votre réfléxion personnelle)
  • to analyse and sort what conceptions are, how they are created
    pour analyser ce que les conceptions sont, et comment elles sont crées


Historical approach Approche historique

For an historical approach, I chose to give you texts of some philosophers in the Category:Philosophy Anthology page. Of course, there is a very interesting area of research concerning the way someone analyses a thinker. But all these methodological questions are treated in the third field.
Pour une approche historique, j'essaie de rassembler un certain nombre de textes au sein de la page Anthologie Philosophique. Bien sûr, des questions très intéressantes surgissent concernant la façon dont quelqu'un peut analyser un auteur. Mais ces intérrogation méthodologiques relèvent du troisième domaine évoqué.

Thinking Réfléchir

For the second way, especially dedicated to students and teachers, you'll have to go to Category:Notions. I show there a few themes and how they can be "stretched". Of course, although the content might be already fascinating, I suggest that you also go to a few pages of the third field, concerning what an argument and counter argument are. As to essay titles, have a look at Category:Bac Philo for a starting point.
Pour le second domaine, dédié plutôt aux étudiants et aux enseignants, rendez-vous à la page Category:Notions, où je donne des pistes pour un certain nombre de thèmes et comment il peuvent être "étirés". Bien sûr, bien que le contenu de chaque thème puisse être fascinant, je vous invite à consulter aussi un certain nombre de pages appartenant au troisième domaine, et notamment la page sur ce que sont les arguments et contre arguments. Et pour un point de départ, une liste de dissertation et la façon de construire un plan sur la page Category:Bac Philo

As you will have noticed, this is my favorite field. This the third way to access philosophy is a cross field between rhetoric, logic, linguistic, pedagogy, and not really an already formed science, you'll find a lot of my questions in my Philogic blog.
Comme vous l'aurez compris, ce troisième domaine est mon préféré. La troisième façon d'accéder à la philosophie et un champs à la croisée de la rhétorique, de la logique, de la linguistique et de la pédagogie, sans être encore une science vraiment organisée.
