Voilà une extension qui devrait réjouir tous les polyglottes qui utilisent Firefox, et qui devrait convaincre les abonnés de Internet Explorer d'aller voir ce qui se passe du côté de Mozilla.
Here is an extension which should please all the multilingual users of Firefox, and which should convince the IE users to come and see what happens on the Mozilla side of the web.
AbcTajpu ajoute l'équivalent de la table des caractères à Firefox, pour tous les champs de formulaire: la liste de presque tous les alphabets disponibles dans unicode sont à votre disposition.
Abctajpu adds an equivalent of the table of characters directly in Firefox, for each form field: the list of almost all the alphabets available in unicade at your disposal.
Selectionnez un accés encore plus rapide devient possible en enregistrant (Outils > AbcTajpu) les langages que vous souhaitez avoir dès le menu contextuel (click droit)
Selectionning a quicker access becomes even possible through the control panel (Tools > Abctajpu) giving you just the languages you need to have in the context menu (right click)
Customisations
In the configuration menu, you can add some shortcuts using a letter and the unicode number for the result you want.
For me the transformation key is set to F2. Therefore, if I set the conversion c=%u00E7 each time I write c and click on F2 in Firefox, the c wil transform into ç because 00E7 is the code for ccedilla.
- 这 u8FD9 (beware: you will often find this with a 0 at the beginning. You need to get rid of it in Abctajpu)

For the chinese tones, you can use some shortcuts:
- 1st da1 dā (a followed by shift+ctrl+alt+F8)
- 2nd da2 dá (a followed by alt+F10)
- 3rd da3 dă (a followed by shift+alt+F8)
- 4th da4 dà (a followed by alt+F11)
- neutral da da
- test: &231;= &0231; and &x00e7; = &#u00e7; �E7;
