Having settled hundreds of cases in private practice and as head of Sony Pictures' Labor Relations and Litigation Divisions, Joel has learned to think out of the box, and resolve even the most "unsettleable" disputes creatively, often before lawsuits are actually filed. He has great credibility with both plaintiffs' and defendants' counsel, and brings both energy and a passion for settlement to the mediation table.

Program Focus
This unique program, now in its 10th year, helps participants explore international business and human resource trends and develop strategies to enhance global competitiveness. Participants work in partnership with their classmates, and with leading international faculty and global human resource executives, to discover new ways to create competitive advantage through human capital in a rapidly changing global environment. Participants will learn how to identify key strategic trends; design effective global human resource systems; promote organizational capability, motivation, and opportunity across borders; and build a human resource portfolio that supports global strategic success.
