Changes made to:

the search to allow searching into the profile data: the search is not done, because the name of the field to search is not the same in the html request and in the database. The field name in the form is 'profile', but the name in the db is 'profile_data'.
When the user re-opens a questionaire, the questionaire is blank: the previous answers are note shown
