By default, the scrollbars are disabled. To enable them, go in the **View**(Ansicht) menu and click on the Scrollbar(Rollbalken)

Problem

This problem is a layout problem. Sibelius can deal with it... just ask him ;-)

Layout solution

1 - select a takt

Select a takt at the end, as you see on the picture, one of the last bars before the empty bars. Otherwise, Sibelius will want to apply the solution to the whole document.

2 - format solution
